The NATIONAL EXECUTIVE COUNCIL (NEC) meeting of the National Association of Aircraft Pilots and Engineers (NAAPE) ended yesterday with the Aviation Minister for state, and the DG NCAA along side Directors of the Aviation Ministry.
The Ministry has agreed to finally put a stop to the abuse of Expatriates Quoter by local Airline so as to create jobs for Our National Pilots and Engineers. The DG of NCAA has also committed to look in the issue of lack of Conditions of Service and salary delay by most local and international Airlines with the aim of making them do the needful. Other challenges facing the Sector was looked into with the aim of saving the Aviation Industry. Aero contractors Airlines and Bristow Helicopters was top among the challenges discussed.
